Terms & Conditions

1. General Information Chapters is an online fashion boutique operating in Egypt. By using chaptersbyky.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect current business practices.

2. Ordering & Availability All orders are subject to product availability. Chapters reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to stock errors or pricing inaccuracies. In such cases, customers will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

3. Payment Terms

  • Cairo & Giza: Primarily Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Other Governorates: Chapters reserves the right to require advance payment in full before processing and dispatching orders outside the Cairo/Giza metropolitan area.

4. Shipping Fees as a Service Shipping fees are considered a "Service Fee" paid to our logistics partners. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made, regardless of whether the product is accepted or refused.

5. Detailed Return & Inspection Policy

  • Doorstep Inspection (Cairo/Giza): Customers are granted the right to inspect goods at the time of delivery. Once the courier leaves the delivery address and payment is collected, the transaction is considered Final Sale. No further exchanges or returns will be accepted.

  • Regional Returns (Outside Cairo/Giza): For pre-paid regional orders, returns are permitted if the brand is notified immediately upon receipt. Upon the safe return of the item in its original condition, Chapters will refund the Product Price only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Product Representation We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to studio lighting or screen display settings.

7. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled at no cost before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed to our courier partner and a dispatch notification is sent, the Shipping Fee policy (Section 4) applies.

8. Intellectual Property All content, including imagery, logos, and the "Chapters" name, is the exclusive property of Chapters. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
