If you love them: Complete the payment and they are yours.
If they aren't right: Hand them back to the courier immediately. You will only be responsible for paying the shipping fee (the delivery service).

Yes. Because we provide the opportunity to inspect and try on all items at the time of delivery, all sales are considered final once the order is accepted and paid for. This policy ensures that every Chapters customer receives a brand-new, pristine garment that has never been stored in another household.

Our pieces typically reach you within 2–5 business days of dispatch. To ensure a smooth delivery, a member of our team will always call you to confirm your details before your order leaves our studio.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that shipping is a service provided by our courier partners; therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made, even if the items are returned at the door.
