At Chapters, we value your trust and aim to provide a transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding inspections, returns, and regional shipping.

1. The Doorstep Inspection (Cairo & Giza)

To ensure you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit of your pieces, we offer a doorstep inspection service for all orders within Cairo and Giza.

  • How it works: You are welcome to inspect and try on your items while the courier waits.

  • Acceptance: If you love your purchase, simply complete the payment (Product Price + Shipping).

  • Refusal: If the items are not the right fit, you may return them immediately with the courier.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees represent the service provided by our courier partners to bring the shop to your door.

  • Refusal at the door: In the event that you choose to refuse an order for any reason (size, preference, etc.), the shipping fee must still be paid to the courier to cover the delivery logistics.

3. Regional Orders (Outside Cairo & Giza)

For cities outside of Cairo and Giza, the following terms apply to ensure secure delivery:

  • Advance Payment: We may request full payment of the order (Product + Shipping) via our secure payment methods before dispatch.

  • Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return a regional order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Once the item is returned to us in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, we will refund the full product price.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the logistical service already provided.

4. Final Sale Policy

Because we provide the opportunity to inspect and try on all items at the time of delivery (or return regional items immediately), all sales are considered final once the transaction is complete.

  • Once the courier departs (for Cairo/Giza) or the return window closes (for regional orders), we cannot offer further exchanges or returns.

  • This ensures that every Chapters customer receives a brand-new, pristine garment that has never been stored in another household.

5. Quality Assurance

We take great pride in our quality control. If you notice a manufacturing defect or receive the wrong item during your inspection:

  • Please inform the courier or contact us immediately.

  • In the case of a verified defect or error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or cancellation without charging additional shipping fees.
